Admission Procedure
Admission to the Diploma Course is done though web based online counseling. There are two rounds of centralized counseling by state board of Technical Education, Punjab. 2nd round of counseling is over by 10th of july and the admission consequent to this is allowed till 15 July. There is direct Admission done at college level for vacant seats according to the instructions issued by the Punjab State of Technical Education, Punjab. Admission process is completed till 15 August by all means.

Eligibility Conditions:
For 3-Year diploma (1st Year) the Eligible candidate is who has passed matriculation or equivalent examination from institutions in Punjab or other State with Science, Mathematics and English. Lateral Entry (Direct Admission to second Year) Eligible candidate is who has passed 10+2 Science/Vocational or ITI.

Fee:
Students are charged Tuition fee, Development fund, Student Activity Related Fund and Board charges at rates fixed by the Government of Punjab.

Fee Concession Schemes:
1. Chief Minister Scholarship Scheme only for Government Polytechnics). Fee concession are given to the students seeking admission in 1st Year according to marks obtained in matriculation (i,e. Above 60%) as under
60% or above less than 70% Tuition Fee Concession 70%
70% or above less than 80% Tuition Fee Concession 80%
80% or above less than 90% Tuition Fee Concession 90%
90% or above Tuition Fee Concession 100%

2.Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme:
5% i.e 3 seats in every branch are available for the students whose Parental income is less than 6 lac per year. Sections of all categories having Punjab Domicile are eligible.

For SC Students of Punjab (Whose family incomes is less then 2.5 Lakh One time fee payment (i,e 1683/- only) at the time of Admission.

Documents Required:

1. Detail Marks of 10th (For 1st Year).
2. Detail Marks of 12th Science/Vocational or ITI for Lateral Entry.
3. Aadhar Card.
4. Passport Size Photograph.
5. For Tuition Fee Waiver Income certificate of income less than 6 lac and Punjab Residence
6. For SC Students :- SC certificate, Income Affidavit of father less than 2.5 lac and Punjab Residence
